Domestic

We use Australia Post Express post satchels. Orders received before 5pm Mon-Fri will be posted the following business day, for orders placed after 5pm or on weekends please allow an extra day (payment must be received prior to posting) Please allow 2-5 business days after posting to receive your item dependant upon your delivery area, for more information on the Australia Post delivery network please see www.australiapost.com.au

International

We use Australia post registered airmail. Depending on your region please allow between 2-15 business days for your order to arrive. Please contact us for a more specific timeframe for your country or if your country is not on the list that will allow you to register on the website.

You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country, please check your local customs procedures for any taxes or duties that may apply.

Process

• Shipping costs are based on weight and destination.
• Australia Post and TOLL are registered services, which will require a signature upon delivery.
• Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office is required.
• Superfade Cream and Superfade Face Cream are S2 regulations within Australia and therefore can only be sold through your Pharmacist, please phone us on toll free 1300 366 833 to locate your nearest stockist.
