Domestic

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed. Please allow 2-7 business days after posting to receive your item dependant upon your delivery area. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

International

We use Australia post registered airmail. Please supply a contact number for the destination courier to contact you in case of any delivery issues. Depending on your region please allow between 2-15 business days for your order to arrive. Please contact us for a more specific timeframe for your country or if your country is not on the list that will allow you to register on the website.

You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred by your country, please check your local customs procedures for any taxes or duties that may apply.

Process

• Shipping costs are based on weight and destination.
• Australia Post, TOLL Ipec and Fastway are registered services, which will require a signature upon delivery.
• Please provide an address and contact number where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel, otherwise a second delivery may have to be organised with the courier company, which may delay the delivery of your parcel.
• Superfade Cream and Superfade Face Cream are S2 regulations within Australia and therefore can only be sold through your Pharmacist, please phone us on toll free 1300 366 833 to locate your nearest stockist.
