If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the purchased goods within 60 days of the purchase date to claim your refund.
The original purchase receipt (valid only from authorised retailers in Australia) must be provided. Refunds do not include any postage or freight charges you may have incurred when purchasing the product or sending it back to us for your refund. If you are based in Australia and the return is a result of our error which includes a defective item or you have received an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of shipping for you.
If you have purchased your product from a store, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the product. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You can either opt for a refund or an online store credit.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of items can be found on the details page of the product. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.
We want to keep our postage prices low and consistent so we created a fixed price postage. We also want you to have options when it comes to postage, such as express or courier. But by selecting Plunketts Post you are selecting the best price for shipping.

Store Pick Up
Store pick up is available for those that live in the local area and are happy to come and collect their package. Please note we will email you once it's been packed and available for collection.
Collection is available between 9am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.

International orders will be despatch via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 days for international Airmail delivery.
Delivery time does not include the time parcels may spend in the destination country’s Customs Service. International orders may require a signature on delivery.
Plunkett’s orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not dispatch during weekends and NSW Public Holidays. All orders are shipped from our Sydney, NSW warehouse
